Wolf Ceramics
I had admired Wolf Ceramics through Instagram as the company was just beginning and loved the natural tones and textures that Sarah, the founder, uses in her pieces. I reached out simply to share some kind words and we ended up finding out that we used to go to school in the same area and she was beyond generous and sent me some ceramic pieces of hers. This was five years ago, and they STILL look brand new. I happened to be in Portland during her last studio sale and got to meet her and say hi and thank her - she is doing such amazing things with her ceramics and in the community. I will continue to support Sarah and Wolf Ceramics and if you’re looking for a perfect Christmas gift, definitely consider one of her ceramic pieces!
Girlfriend Collective
Girlfriend Collective is a new-to-me company but one that has quickly earned a place on this list. I’ve seen Girlfriend Collective all over Instagram but never knew what the hype was about until I finally got myself a pair of their leggings. The saying “smooth as butter” doesn't even do them justice. Girlfriend Collective makes their activewear out of old water bottles and believes in transparency and will even send you an email detailing their supply chain and more information about how their materials are made. An impressive company making strides to take control and make use out of waste! So powerful!
Itsbyames Scrunchies
My friend, Amy, had her account hacked on Instagram and no longer had the platform to share her recipes, creations, and her life in the same capacity. Amy is always someone I have admired for her authenticity and openness on Instagram. After her account was lost, she decided to re-start and build a new account from the ground up where she now shares even more authentically and shares what lights her up and is even more true to herself - one thing she began sharing and then created a business out of are scrunchies. These are not your average scrunchie. Amy is creative with her designs and makes each one by hand, they always sell out within minutes, so be sure to follow her account, @itsbyames , for upcoming release dates. I have two scrunchies and they are high quality, handmade, and absolutely adorable!

Stasher Bag is the first company I ever hosted a giveaway with over on TheHealthyHaff, and my love (and my stash of Stasher Bags) has only grown since then. Stasher Bags are reusable silicone baggies that can take the place of single-use plastic bags and are beyond easy to wash - just pop them in the top rack of your dishwasher! I’m grateful for companies like Stasher Bag that have been a leader in the sustainability movement and are accessible and easy to find.
