Mandarin Apple Fall Salad

Mandrin Post.JPG

While what seems like the rest of the world is cozied up drinking pumpkin spice lattes by crackling fireplaces, us Floridians are looking to find the fall feel in any way we can. As the seasons begin to change everywhere else, I always look for ways to change my food along with the seasons and I love adding seasonal fruits and vegetables into my salads! If you’re not a “fruit on salad” kind of person, this salad will change your mind! Super simple to make with seasonal ingredients that help to support your body as the seasons change. In this fall salad, I included Fruits From Chile Mandarin Oranges which give the body a boost of Vitamin C and fiber. These mandarins are a great topping for any salad as they are Easy to Peel and Easy to Love - I’m sure you will agree as well! This post is in collaboration with Fruits From Chile, which is the main source for all counter-season produce, specifically Mandarin oranges! Be sure to check out the links above for some more information on Fruits From Chile as well as the many benefits of choosing your seasonal produce and to understand a bit more about counter-seasonal produce from Chile!
